A unique, temporary concept store owned by a private dealer that featured a diverse collection of celebrated artist David Drebin’s cinematic photographs depicting epic scenes and dramatic cityscapes from New York to Monte Carlo. The first of its kind, the David Drebin Pop-Up Store was open in Palm Beach three doors down from the illustrious Palm Beach Grill over the course of Polo season for 3 months, and operated as both a store and event space celebrating the work of David Drebin. Featuring a diverse collection of epic cityscapes, cinematic dreamscapes, and other glamorous scenes, Drebin's photographs have been showcased at international galleries, art fairs, and auctions around the world. The Pop-Up Store offered Drebin’s one-of-a-kind, limited edition prints, light boxes and artist’s proofs for a limited time. Notably, the store’s space was planned by acclaimed designer and former David LaChapelle collaborator Craig Maldonado, who is known for his ability to marry art with architecture to make a bold statement. The artist’s work, coupled with the builder’s design, together made the David Drebin Pop-Up store the season’s must-see destination in Palm Beach. Given the buzz surrounding the store and Drebin’s work, Condé Nast Traveler and Assouline Publishers chose the store as choice venue for hosting their “Condé Nast Traveler Room With A View” book launch featuring Drebin’s “Girl With The Orange Dress” photo on the cover – sell-outs of a number of his limited edition sets of prints soon followed.
